Background & Experience
In my experience, I’ve used a variety of AI tools, but I always felt they didn’t give ops teams the control they needed to make AI useful for everyone. It’s tough to get everyone in an organization to use AI tools like ChatGPT in the same way. So, I created Alfred AI—a platform that lets ops folks lead and manage AI-driven automations and workflows while keeping their teams connected.
